The iPhone SE 4 is expected to draw design inspiration from both the iPhone 14 and iPhone XR. It is speculated to feature a 6.1-inch OLED panel with flat edges and support for Face ID.

The much-anticipated iPhone SE 4 has been the subject of leaks and speculation for some time now. Initially expected to be unveiled next year with an iPhone 14-like design, new reports suggest that Apple has pushed back the launch until 2025. According to analysts from Barclays (via Gadgets360), the budget-friendly handset could feature an all-screen design similar to the iPhone XR.

Research notes from analysts Blayne Curtis and Tom O'Malley at Barclays, accessed by Macrumors, reveal that the iPhone SE 4 won't be making its debut in 2023 as previously anticipated. Instead, the official launch might take place in 2025 at the earliest. The possible reason behind this delay is attributed to issues with the 5G modem. The iPhone SE 4 was rumoured to include Apple's proprietary 5G modem for the first time, but analysts believe that Qualcomm will remain the modem supplier for both the iPhone SE and the iPhone 16 lineup through next year. This aligns with claims made by renowned Apple analysts Ming-Chi Kuo and Jeff Pu.
